Term and Conditions

     Package will be delivered by Thailand Post Co., Ltd. by “Registered Mail Service” or “Express Mail Service (EMS)”

Delivery days

     Package will be shipped when payment has been received within 3-7 working days. You can check the status of your package at http://track.thailandpost.co.th/tracking/default.aspx?lang=en 

     If we cannot deliver the package to you because nobody is home, the package will return to the company. The customer may pay for the delivery charge again.

Exchange & Return

     We have many photos, details, sizes and colors of the product in our online shop and we will check the product before we send it to you. After you have paid, the product is yours. Please check your product straight away and if there is any issue, please contact us within 7 days (count from the date on the package from Thailand Post) at 0-2945-8092, 029458093 HOTLINE 0817344348. 

 

We will accept returns under the 3 conditions below;

  1. We sent the wrong item by mistake. We will accept to pay for the delivery cost of return to us and send the right product to the customer.

  2. You can change size, 1 size larger or 1 size smaller ONLY. We do not accept changing to a different product, type, style or other colors and the customer may pay for the return delivery and new product delivery cost.

  3. If the customer would like to change to a size that is out of stock or we do not produce it anymore, we will pay for the product return delivery cost and refund the whole amount of the product to you with in 15 days after the product has been returned in good condition.

NO REFUND FOR THE CONDITIONS BELOW;

  • No exchange, if we send the correct item(s).

  • No exchange, if the customer does not call us within 7 days after receiving the product. (check the date of the stamp of Thailand Post on the package.)

  • No exchange, if the customer does not send the package back to us within 7 days after our agreement of exchange.

  • No exchange, if the customer send the package back to us without notification or agreement.

  • No exchange, if the product has been used.

  • No exchange, if the product is not in the same condition. (Ex. No size sticker, no price tag)

  • No exchange, if the product has been washed or cleaned.

  • No exchange, if there are any defects on the product.

  • No exchange, if the product is changed or in the wrong shape due to trying on by the customer.
